How We Work

We work in partnership with you, combining your ideas with our expertise and the possibilities your job site presents. Together, we will create an outdoor area tailored to your tastes that will stand up to the test of time. Before we start a project, we make sure it will meet your needs, including your budget.

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you and help you find the right solution for your outdoor living needs.

We manage most of our projects with these steps:

•Site Survey and Discovery Phase – Gather all necessary information about the site, including customer needs.

•Design/Estimate – Turn all the input received into a design and project estimate. Meet with client to review and fine-tune.

•Scheduling – Once the design is finalized and the client signs off on the estimate, the project will then be added to our schedule.

•Payments – Half of the project estimate is due at the start of the project. The other half is due when the project is completed.

•Clean up – We clean the job site daily and at the end of the project we return the areas we have worked back to the condition they were in before we started the project.
